No question is a 'silly' question!

(Hiring a wedding photographer can feel daunting.)

Hopefully I have covered any questions you may have below.

How many images do you deliver?

I don't set a 'limit' on the amount of images I will deliver of your special day, therefore any images that are suitable will make the 'cut'. Examples of images I will not include are images that are blurry or where somebody has their eyes closed.

Which areas do you cover?

I'm based in Manchester and cover weddings within 100 miles. As much as I'd love to cover the whole country, I believe it's better to remain a localised photographer due to the logistics and potential delays of travel.

How would you describe your style?

My photography style is relaxed documentary with an eye for detail. My editing style is modern, warm and stylised. I love deep blacks and neutrals.

Do you need feeding?

If you have opted for my full day package, I do ask if you are able to provide a warm vegetarian meal (ask for a suppliers meal, they are usually more cost effective). This enables me to stay on-site and capture speeches. If you are unable to provide a meal, please let me know beforehand so I can make alternative arrangements.

Is a deposit required?

A non-refundable 30% deposit secures your date in my diary, and the remainder is due six weeks before the wedding day. Dates are secured on a first come, first served basis.

Do you have insurance & backup equipment?

Absolutely! I have public liability, professional indemnity, and equipment insurance.
I have three camera's (just in case), and a good selection of lenses, flash units, memory cards, hard drives and more.

What if you can't attend the wedding?

Although it has never happened before, I have a pool of photographers and associates I have previously worked with (who work in a similar way to myself) who could photograph the wedding. I would do all of the editing in line with my signature style afterwards.

What if you don't have my date available?

As much as I'd love to personally photograph every wedding, there is only one of me! Dates are strictly on a first come first served basis. I can offer one of my fantastic associates to photograph the wedding, and I would do all of the editing afterwards in line with my signature style. There is no additional charge for this.

Can my photographs remain private?

Absolutely. If you wish for your photographs to remain private, be sure to tick this option on the final questionnaire. If you have previously opted to allow me to use/share your photographs, you can also opt out at any time by emailing info@rebeccaconway.co.uk

How do we book?

Please complete my. contact form or email info@rebeccaconway.co.uk with all the important information about your day. Please include your names, the date, the venue and anything else you think may be of importance at this stage.
